Founded in 1921 by Japanese immigrant families, Diamond Bakery has been making crackers and cookies and sharing heartwarming aloha for nearly 90 years.

From the small bakery that began on South King Street, with its namesake Diamond Head in its view, the company has grown in size and tradition and today offers more than 100 different crackers and cookie items.  Each cookie and cracker is baked fresh with aloha and hand- selected for perfection.

Diamond Bakery products include:  The Original Soda Crackers; Saloon Pilot Crackers; Original, Maui Sugar and Cinnamon Graham Crackers; Original, Coconut and Ginger Royal Creems; Regular Animal (see photo), Candy Bead, Chocolate Chip and Coconut Cookies.
